"Cease and desist" letter from Soletluna Holdings, Inc. — They're still insisting that their patches are "non-transdermal," despite their X39 patent explicitly stating that it's "transdermal." They claim the patches are "non-transdermal" because "they do not have medication, let alone medication that is absorbed through the skin." — However, GHK-Cu, AHK, AHK-cu, etc are all synthetic, lab created drugs. Granted they are not approved by the FDA, so is there a legal loop hole they're using here? — I never used a LifeWave patch, btw.
