Official Statement to the Evolve Community Regarding the GoldDiggers Partnership
Dear Evolve Community,
Transparency and accountability are core principles in Web3. Because of this, we believe it is important to openly inform the community about a matter regarding the partnership between GoldDiggers Marketing and Evolve Global Technologies Corp. concerning the Evolve Pro (EVOP) project.
On May 9th, 2025, GoldDiggers entered into a marketing partnership agreement with the Evolve team to support the growth, marketing, and community development of the ecosystem. Our team worked over the following months to contribute to visibility, engagement, and exposure for the project.
As part of the agreement, a token allocation was agreed upon in return for the marketing services provided.
After discussions with the team, a specific structure and timeline for the allocation was confirmed by Evolve leadership. The process that was communicated to us was as follows:
• A new escrow contract would be created
• 5% of the tokens would be placed into that contract
• Our wallet would be attached to the escrow contract
• The tokens would become withdrawable after a 6-month lock period
We were officially informed of the following timeline:
Release Date for the 5% Allocation:
April 14th, 2026
At the time this structure was proposed, we accepted it in good faith as a compromise and as a way to move forward professionally.
However, as of March 28th, 2026, less than three weeks before the agreed release date, the team has now cancelled the allocation entirely, despite the previous agreement and confirmation of the escrow structure.
Over the past several months we have made multiple attempts to resolve this situation privately and professionally through direct communication with the Evolve leadership. Unfortunately, these efforts have not resulted in the agreement being honored.
This announcement is not being made to create unnecessary conflict, but rather to ensure transparency for the community and accountability regarding agreements made within the ecosystem.
Partnerships in Web3 are built on trust. When agreements are made and confirmed with clear timelines and procedures, it is important that those commitments are respected.
At this moment, we remain open to resolving this matter professionally and amicably with the Evolve team. Our intention is simply for the original commitments that were agreed upon to be honored.
Until this matter is resolved, we will continue documenting the situation and sharing relevant information so that the community can remain informed about the developments.
