More than 3,000,000 feedback bots is connected to https://t.me/LivegramBot for the moment. At this point, we decided to update https://t.me/LivegramBot’s localizations and help so it will be easier for new-coming users to explore bot features. http://telegra.ph/Livegram-Help-03-29 now has answers to most of the questions, which significantly reduces the load on our support team.

While we preserve the right of users to keep their messages private, feedback bots also have customizable auto-reply texts that are available to all users and may contain inappropriate information.

For this purpose, we have created our https://telegra.ph/Livegram-Terms-of-Service-04-02 and moderation team that monitors violations.

You can help us add new languages to Livegram Bot. To do this, edit https://github.com/highfeed/livegram-bot-localization/blob/master/locales_bots/en.yaml from our GitHub repository and make a pull request with a new translation (alternatively, you can send the translated file to https://t.me/LivegramSupportBot). As soon as your translation is reviewed and accepted, the new language become available to all users from “Localizations” menu.

If you have any questions about the file format, don't hesitate to ask them in support chat.
