For above error, please check your network connection:

First, please record down ur user id and password . Take a photo of myiptv screen with the user id before u clear data as below.

u can try go to Setting
(setting from your TV box main page where you connect wifi), not myiptv4k settings) then

> App> MYIPTV4K.. clear data and clear cache.
Then key in ur user and password again to try out.

Also check whether u key in extra empty space in front or behind. Ensure the number correctly key in without any empty space, else will be user and password error.

For those users can access MYIPTV4K currently, no actions required. The new apk version 2.06 will auto prompt for update.

For those users who can't access MYIPTV4K currently, please download and install new app from below link:

Just open Internet browser and type above. The new app will auto download to your device.. Just look for newly download app then click install.

Note: there won't be any display on the website. The file is directly downloaded to your device. Kindly look for the newly downloaded file inside your device file browser or file explorer.

After download new version 2.06, if encountered error message kindly power off modem and router about 20 min..
