The main trend hasn’t changed; strong impulsive moves generally come with equally sharp corrections. What matters is recognizing where we are in the structure.

As you can see, the second wave corrected to the Fib 61.8 level.
That means the 4th wave correcting down to the Fib 38.2 region is completely natural and expected.

📐 One of the key tools we use to define wave targets under the Elliott Wave Principle is the Fibonacci Extension Tool.

Simply put, this tool helps identify potential target levels in the direction of the current trend especially useful to estimate where an impulse wave might end.

📈 According to Elliott Wave principles:

Wave 3 usually extends 1.618 - 2.618 - 3.618 or 4.236 × the length of Wave 1.

Wave 5 often reaches 1 - 1.618× Wave 1, but in strong trends, it can extend to 2.618 or even 3.618×.

In #XAUUSD, Wave 3 reached exactly 3.618 × Wave 1, confirming a strong trend continuation.
Now, Wave 5 has already surpassed 2 × Wave 1, and if we close the week above this level, the next target stands at:
🎯 2.618 × Wave 1 = $4493 🌊

🧐 It seems the price is moving within a corrective zone 🔀, potentially forming a zigzag pattern. It’s possible that price will bounce 📈 via the internal waves of wave B within the (2)/(B) corrective wave.

👉 However, once that bounce completes, we might see a further drop via wave C before any sustained upward movement. The ideal target zone for that downside move is between the 50% – 61.8% retracement levels.👌

✨ To validate the expected rise, certain conditions must be met to support price in resuming the upward move.

ALaTs MCAP VS Russell 2000

Same Cycle, Same Breakout Point

- Both Russell 2000 and ALTS MCAP peaked in Nov 2021, marking the cycle top.

- Both entered a long bear market (2022–2023).
- Now, both are retesting their Nov 2021 highs, a key resistance zone.

- A breakout above these levels confirms the start of a major bull run in 2025–2026.

History shows that 🇺🇸 US markets (Russell 2000) and crypto ALTS often move in sync. If Russell breaks out, ETH and alts will follow it.

Today Russel jumped 1% against Nasdaq which shows it’s gaining momentum.
