Next candle Po3 down into the rejection block and then that prior high.

Let me describe two traders. Tell me which one sounds more like you.
Trader A:
Wakes up with no plan. Opens the charts. Looks at multiple pairs. Scrolls through timeframes trying to find something that "looks good." Eventually takes a trade based on feel. It goes against him. He takes another. Spends six hours on charts. Ends the day red and exhausted. Tells himself tomorrow will be different.
Trader B:
Wakes up. Knows exactly what he's looking for. Knows exactly when. Opens the charts at 9:30. The setup is either there or it isn't. If it's there he takes it. If it's not he closes the laptop. Done by 10:30. Green or flat most days. Goes to the gym.
Same market. Same day. Completely different experience.
Now here's the thing people get wrong.
They look at Trader B and think... "He must be more experienced. More talented. Better at reading price action."
None of that is necessarily true.
The difference is Trader B removed every variable except one.
One time window. One setup. One decision.
There's nothing to overtrade because there's no second session.
There's nothing to revenge trade because the window closed.
There's no screen fatigue at hour six because he was never there for hour six.
Trader A is fighting the market AND fighting himself.
Trader B only has to do one thing right.
That's not a discipline gap. That's a design gap.
