⚠️ Glyphosates are the perfect killer and obesity culprit
Glyphosate contamination is found in 80 to 90% of all food. And any glyphosate is verly bad. In fact, glyphosate residue in food above 10 ppb (parts per billion) is deemed to be dangerous. So why has Roundup (glyphosate) not been banned globally? We know why. It is a highly toxic chemical herbicide. That makes it absolutely perfect to compromise health.
The Glyphosate Residue Free certification, a third-party standard, requires levels below 10 ppb, which is significantly stricter than most government regulations.
⚠️ Foods with high glyphosate contamination:
Soy: 17,000 - 20,000 ppb (parts per billion)
Corn: 10,000 - 15,000 ppb
Wheat: 5,000 - 10,000 ppb
Oats: 4,000 - 8,000 ppb
Sugar: 2,000 - 5,000 ppb
Almonds (and other nuts): 1,000 - 3,000 ppb
Sunflower seeds: 1,000 - 4,000 ppb
Chia seeds: 1,100 - 4,000 ppb
Pumpkin seeds: 1,000 - 3,000 ppb
Rice: 1,000 - 2,000 ppb
Quinoa: 500 - 1,500 ppb
Lentils: 500 - 1,000 ppb
Beans: 500 - 1,000 ppb
Chickpeas: 500 - 1,000 ppb
Barley: 400 - 1,000 ppb
Rye: 300 - 800 ppb
Coffee: 200 - 500 ppb
Chocolate: 100 - 300 ppb
Tea: 100 - 300 ppb
Honey: 50 - 200 ppb
Dried Fruits: 50 - 200 ppb
Fruits and Vegetables: 10 - 200 ppb
Canola Oil: 50 - 100 ppb
🌼 Foods with low glyphosate contamination:
Olive Oil: 10 - 50 ppb
Coconut Oil: 5 - 20 ppb
Eggs: 10 - 86 ppb
Milk: 5 - 20 ppb
Cheese: 10 - 50 ppb
Yogurt: 10 - 50 ppb
Beef: 5 - 10 ppb
Chicken: 5 - 10 ppb
Pork: 5 - 10 ppb
What is the solution?
• Buy organic everything
• Check glyphosate levels in the food brands you eat. https://detoxproject.org/
• Grow your own vegetables or buy from an organic farmer you trust
• Choose European brands over North American brands as restrictions are much more stringent (except Italian pasta which often imports dangerous Canadian flour)
• Check your pantry and use AI search engines (like Brave) to find the levels of glyphosate in each product and brand
• Look out for Detox Project’s “Glyphosate Residue Free" certification and symbol
⚠️ Beware of “USDA Organic”
USDA Organic is a certification program that ensures products have a pesticide residue maximum limit of 5% of the EPA limits, which is still dangerously high.
⚠️ Beware of “Non-GMO Project”
Non-GMO Project certification tests only for GMOs in the supply chain and does not test for toxic chemicals like glyphosates.
