The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: “Indeed, on Friday there is an hour during which no Muslim servant stands praying and asks Allah for something except that He grants it to him.” And he indicated with his hand that it is a short time. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: “A man was walking and became extremely thirsty. He found a well, drank from it, then came out and saw a dog panting and eating dust from thirst. He said: ‘This has reached the same level of thirst as I had.’ So he went down the well, filled his shoe with water, and gave the dog to drink. Allah appreciated his deed and forgave him.”〘Ṣaḥīḥ al-Bukhārī — Ḥadīth No. 3467〙

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: “Whoever performs ghusl on Friday, then comes early, walks and does not ride, draws near to the Imam, listens attentively without distraction, will have for every step the reward of a year of fasting and prayer. And whoever touches the pebbles has engaged in idle talk, and whoever engages in idle talk has no reward for Jumu‘ah.”〘Sunan Abī Dāwūd — Ḥadīth No. 345〙
