https://t.me/pixelworld — a full-fledged shooter right in Telegram?
After playing the alpha version a bit, I can only say that I liked it—everything's pretty dynamic and intuitively clear, maps familiar to everyone from childhood (most are similar to maps from classic Counter-Strike). Well, now let's break down the facts I already know.
Breaking it down briefly and concisely, point by point:
✅Classic dynamic FPS, clear to any player;
✅The game doesn't position itself as “Play-to-Earn” from the start. It's first and foremost a fun shooter with familiar progression.
✅Web3 economy and tokens—this is an extra layer for those into ownership and the market, but no combat advantages and no "pay-to-win" mechanics.
✅Multiplatform—you can play from mobile or desktop, both via Telegram and in the browser;
✅No complex systems, overloaded interfaces, or confusing mechanics at launch. Everything runs fast, clear, and without extra hassle:
Play a match → get XP and in-game currency → spend on weapons/gear/cosmetics → play again.
‼️ At release, you'll get:
➖Modes: deathmatch and team fights;
➖10 game maps;
➖16 weapons, unlocked through in-game progression;
➖Various weapon skins, masks, outfits, backpacks, dance animations—some of which are already on sale;
➖Squads to play with friends;
➖Invite system for bringing in friends with rewards;
‼️ Key point:
Donations don't give any real combat edges. No impact on damage, matchmaking, or match outcomes.
The game is built so players can totally ignore the blockchain and treat it like a regular shooter. But like anywhere, there'll be reasons to make in-game buys.
All weapons unlock via gameplay progression. The paid stuff is customization, status, and owning assets that could theoretically rise in price down the line (though that's already showing in the two sales so far).
Beta access by invite only, and I'm hoping to drop my link soon so you can jump in and try it yourselves.
🪙 Got an idea to even stream it—what do you think?
