⚠️ TERMS OF USE
• Refunds can be rejected for any reason, and if the refund is allowed, the service fees will not be refunded and may be changed at my discretion. All fees are non-refundable.
• Cryptocurrency deposits must reach at least one confirmation on the network or be marked as "Completed" before I release funds.
• Funds sent as unbalanced without explicit permission may be credited to significantly higher commissions or not be returned or exchanged.
• Any problems arising when receiving a transaction, such as blocks, limits, delays, etc., will not be my responsibility and completely on your side.
• All costs of sending, network, withdrawal of funds, intermediary or external services are on you.
• Funds pending, suspended or otherwise will remain until they are processed or returned.
• If you ignore any of these conditions, regardless of your reasons or intentions, I have every right to cancel transactions, regardless of the stage at which we are.
These Terms of Use may and will change in the future. It is your responsibility to read and understand everything before using my services. By starting any transaction or communication with us, you automatically agree to these terms.
