An account on Polymarket named "SecondWindCapital" lost $1.8 million betting on Chimaev's fight against Strickland last night.

This amounted to almost all of its total PnL that it had earned over the years.

The strategy attracts billions through STRC, buys bitcoin with that money, and then only sells a small portion of the appreciated BTC to cover dividend payments.

Example:

- They attract $3.2 billion
- They buy BTC for $3.2 billion
- Dividend expenses = ~$80–90 million

In other words, they effectively buy about 30 BTC for every 1 BTC sold.

As long as BTC grows at a rate of about 2.3% per year, this model will work.
