[Announcement] CEREAL Foundation's Statement on Coinone's Designation of CEP as a Cautionary Asset

This is the CEREAL Team.

First and foremost, we sincerely apologize for any concerns caused by Coinone Exchange's recent designation of CEP (CEREAL) as a cautionary asset.

As of Tuesday, July 1, 2025, Coinone officially announced that CEP has been designated as a cautionary asset. You can view the official notice at the link below:

Following this announcement, the CEREAL Foundation has been carefully reviewing the reasons for this designation and is currently in close communication with the Coinone team, preparing all necessary documentation in a diligent and transparent manner.

Accordingly, we would like to share our official stance and future plans with our community members as outlined below :

📌 CEREAL Foundation’s Position & Future Plans
1. We are promptly and transparently submitting all required explanatory documents requested by Coinone and are committed to completing all procedures within the designated time frame.
↳ Key areas of clarification include: current utility use of CEP within the service, on-chain transaction activity, the SP → CEP token conversion function, integration with metaverse-based educational content, and plans for future utility expansion.

2. The CEREAL project is operating normally, with ongoing technical development and related initiatives proceeding without interruption.

3. We place top priority on the protection of our holders, and we are working closely with Coinone to ensure continued support for CEP trading.

4. Once the clarification and review process is complete, we will promptly share the results and developments with our community.

The CEREAL project remains committed to building a reliable edtech ecosystem based on practical blockchain services and technology, and we have continuously operated our project with this philosophy at the core.

Going forward, the CEREAL Team will continue to pursue responsible project management and further enhance utility to strengthen the fundamental value of the CEP token.

[Announcement] 2025 Q2 Roadmap Update

We would like to present our roadmap achievements for Q2 2025.

1. Planning and design of user data SBT
CEREAL PLANET is introducing Soulbound Tokens (SBTs) to transparently record user participation history and reward achievements, while encouraging greater engagement across the platform. We have completed the design process by classifying SBT types based on user activity patterns and defining issuance criteria and growth roadmaps for each type.

2. Beta testing of reward system based on smart contracts
With the official launch of CEREAL PLANET's service in Vietnam, a smart contract-based reward system has been integrated into the platform. In addition to rewards linked to daily missions such as attendance check-ins and roulette spins, various token-based systems—including SP (Scholarship Point) and $CEP tokens—are now in operation. Additional reward mechanisms have also been implemented based on Korean language learning quizzes and weekly ranking performance.

Through the Vietnam version of the service, we have verified the stable operation of the smart contract-based reward system in a real user environment, successfully establishing a solid technological foundation for future global expansion.

3. The 1st CEREAL Quiz Competition Hosted
CEREAL PLANET will host the '1st Korean Language Quiz Competition (CEREAL-ho: Korean Quiz Trial)' from June 30 to July 13, 2025. This competition is a mission-based program designed to enhance users' motivation for Korean language learning and promote interaction with learning content, operating within the CEREAL PLANET metaverse.

4. Launch of multilingual service (Vietnamese)
The edtech-based metaverse platform CEREAL PLANET officially launched its Vietnam version on June 18, laying a solid foundation for its expansion into the global market.
