Attention on CHOICE REVISION

Dear ERMP 2025 applicants,

We would like to bring to your attention that the following two schools are ready to run additional new residency programs, and they are added to the system for you to access them during your revision.

So, you can consider them in your revision, if you wish to do so.
Schools with additional new program:
1. Yekatit 12 Hospital Med College Clinical Radiology (Quota 4)
2. Yekatit 12 HMC Otolaryngology-HNS (ENT) (Quota 4)
3. Wollo University Clinical Radiology (Quota 4)

We would also like to inform you that the due date for place/specialty revision is prolonged to March 8, 2026.

Announcement to ERMP 2025 Examinees

We would like first to congratulate all candidates who took both Part I and Part II MCQ exams for being able to sit for the exam which was conducted nationally on February 17, 2026, in 16 hubs. Out of those 2520 eligible candidates a total of 2246 candidates were able to sit for the exam.

The ERMP team collected the results from the central exam coordinating team for each hub.
Thus, you can check your exam result (here) which is displayed across your user ID. Result is not posted for those candidates who didn’t take Part II; they are considered as incomplete and are not eligible for matching.

If you have any complaint on your result, you can call to the Ministry’s Hot Line (952) from
February 24 – March 5, 2026 G. C on working hours notifying your name, User ID, result
and exam hub.

Notice on Affirmative Action: Please be informed that the exam results posted here do not include the affirmative points. The 5% affirmative for female candidates and for managers will automatically be added by the matching software during matching.

If there are candidates who have already attached documents but are still entitled as “managerial NOT ACCEPTED” in their application, they can call to the Ministry’s Hot Line (952) from February 26 – March 5, 2026, G. C. But new documents to be attached to the system are not acceptable since the system for registration is already closed.

Choice Revision: In case you want to revise your choice of specialty, and/or university, the
application system will remain open and active only for these two domains from February 26 – March 5, 2026, G. C..

Based on a request made by few candidates, an explanatory official response is attached
herewith, and also a graph showing the trends of exam scores for the last four years (from
ERMP 2022 to 2025).
