The last few months have been the least amount of posts I’ve done on social media.

There’s a good reason…everything is coming at me at once. It all requires a lot of detail and focus.

It’s all my fault. I get bored every 5 years or so and need to adjust, change, reinvent, and start new things. All at once, apparently.

But listen…this is not nearly as tough as reversing 13 chronic disease conditions. So I’m good.

Things will be changing though, in a good way. This channel will remain intact, but will have a “lighter” feel in the future, and focus more on solutions, than problems.

It will all happen by the summer solstice. Stay tuned, if you wish…

7 out of 10 people I talk to are on the completely wrong diet for reversing health problems, and their results prove it.

If you are following or have followed a diet which has been become really popular in the last 5 years, you’re off the mark.

You’ll never get it right chasing the “new” diets, and it sometimes takes a while to see that. Especially if you’re stubborn.

The truth is it’s much simpler than most realize.

A new client that has been on my program for a week, is already seeing how the types of food and how you PREPARE it are critical for healing.

He’s already lowered his blood pressure to normal, sleeps more fully through the night, has reduced circulation problems (cold feet), has reduced burning in different areas of his body, has more energy, and is feeling calmer and more balanced.

And his diet previously was CLEAN, but it wasn’t HEALING. There’s a massive difference.

This is not a one off. It’s consistently proved.

So, hazard a guess…what type of food is he eating?

The longer a mistake remains uncorrected, the harsher and more violent the consequences are later.

I lived that when I largely ignored signals that my health was a problem, almost 20 years ago.

But no one thinks about that future. “It won’t happen to me, I’m trying, or I don’t have time” are common justifications.

You’re going to make mistakes in your life. The most damaging of them all are the ones that ruin your health.

Don’t lose your health prematurely at the alter of self sacrifice for others, or telling them the truth about this toxic planet at the expense of not taking your own advice properly.

I see a lot of truth tellers out there…and many are sick. Easier to preach than act?

Intelligence won’t save you. Action can. If you follow the advice of the wise, over the “educated”.

Know the difference.

There’s a right way and a wrong way. Most do the latter, hoping to be over it quickly.

There is no quickly if you have significant exposure, which most people do. Doing it quickly ironically results in it taking longer due to painful setbacks.

There’s risk in detoxing those type of chemicals alone and/or not in a holistic way (which isn’t automatic if you go to an ND).

Consider this…

“Cancer” is a biological response by the body to being poisoned. The body didn’t poison itself…but it is forced to do whatever reparations it can with its current healing capacity.

The system has taught us to poison the body in the name of prevention and therapy…adding to the already underlying poisoned condition.

Then if you “survive” that, you’re considered a “cancer survivor”. In reality, you only “survived” the treatments, at the expense of lowered quality of life and a premature demise.

But what about the reason for the cancer itself? Why is that not investigated? There’s a reason for tumours…but no-one in conventional medicine seems to want to discuss that.

With all the billions of dollars raised and all the technology out there…and the best we got is synthetic radiation and a derivative of mustard gas?

Tell me how that makes sense.

The reality is, there’s a lot of Stockholm Syndrome going on as cancer survivors often defend their aggressors. The system “saved them”, but from what? An opportunity for true healing and upgraded health, rather than fake “healing” and a serious downgrade?

If you want to stay in the system or defend it, that’s your choice. Soon, I’ll be offering new ways for people to choose a better way, that avoids the mutilation and treats the body as a gift, not a disservice that needs to be trashed.

It will be for ALL conditions and ALL people who are awake enough to know, it’s time to get OUT.
