"Something incredible happened this morning.
At 4:30 a.m., the guard came to my cell door and told me to get up immediately, pack all my things, and that in 20 minutes I would be transferred (‘extradited’) to Perpignan. Perpignan is a good place for all prisoners: there, you are allowed to leave the prison during the day.
But I had a feeling that something was very wrong, and because I was not allowed to know anything, i.e. I was to be taken by surprise, it could have something to do with the ‘notification’ that I had not yet been allowed to receive.
I said: ‘I don't know anything about this. I'm not some piece of livestock that people can just load up and drive off somewhere.’
‘Well, you are,’ he said, ‘the judge in Perpignan wants to speak to you.’
I said, ‘I'm not going, because I don't know anything about Perpignan.’
He came back every 5-10 minutes and became increasingly impatient that I wasn't getting out of bed. Outside, there was heavy snowfall, 10 cm of fresh snow, the roads were a mess, and Perpignan was 800 km away.
After the fourth or fifth time, he called the head of the surveillance team. He ordered me harshly to get up immediately and get ready to leave.
I said, ‘I'm not going because I did not get informed about anything’.
‘Well,’ he said, ‘then I'll call the policemen and they'll force you into the car.
I said, ‘You can do that. Then they'll have to tie me up and carry me to the car in my pyjamas. There's no justice here and I can't defend myself. But I'm not going voluntarily.
He kept talking about a judge in Perpignan who wanted to see me. Then he left with his three-man escort and they apparently discussed the matter. After another fifteen minutes, a nice Surveillant from Alsace came (at about a quarter to six) and asked me again if I definitely didn't want to go.
I said, ‘Definitely not.’
He asked if I would put that in writing.
I said, ‘Of course, right away,’ and gave him the paper.
When he had the paper, he said he now wanted to tell me that I should not have been taken to Perpignan (to the friendly prison) but to Chambery for the release hearing.
I asked, ‘Excuse me, I was supposed to be lured to an officially voluntary release hearing with a dirty judicial trick and then forcibly dragged there?’
He just nodded because he realised that I understood....

So I was actually supposed to be taken to Chambery on 3 March 2005, even though I had already rejected the conditional release because I am completely innocent and you cannot impose conditions for the release of an innocent person.
Furthermore, this would mean that I would be acknowledging that I was partly guilty and had lawfully served six months in France's worst prison.
Not to mention the other conditions:
- €150,000 ‘bail’,
- reporting to the police station every week (for 7 years)
- not being allowed to leave France for 7 years
- and not being allowed to talk to anyone about Germanic New Medicine.
However, I am completely innocent of this fictitious crime.
The intention is apparently that the French judiciary wants to somehow get away from the scandal of having extradited me from Spain against all law and imprisoned me despite my innocence."
