Step-by-Step Instructions
For First Time Users – Detox should be done for a minimum of 6 weeks. For those who still have an extended upper gut area, you may want to continue the cleanse for an additional couple of weeks/months. If you keep losing large amounts of matter, keep going.

Hint: I find the best time to drink the mix is when I am starting to make dinner. This gives the body at least 30 minutes to absorb and start “sweeping”. If you take it with or just after a meal it will wash all of your nutrients out with the toxins and it won’t be as effective.

Cleansing the 22 foot long Small Intestine is one of the most important detoxes a person can do.
The small intestine is located just underneath the breast/chest region. This part of the intestines is like a very long tube with little villi located within, which are like little, tiny fingers that stick up from the intestinal wall.
