The time you will pay for not consuming enough protein now is from your 40s.

Dietary fats are not the issue.

Just don't go for polyunsaturated fats in seeds oil and vegetable oil.

You can do with saturated and unsaturated fats.

Animal fats, ghee, butter, tallow

Avocado, olive oil, coconut.

Some of you are fond of doing things because your friends or neighbors did it.

Your neighbor or friend removed tonsils, you went ahead to remove yours.

See, fixing your diet is all you need.

You can't be eating yogurt, sodas, sugar food or drinks, or processed meats like pizza, or sausages and expect infection not to get into your mouth.

Fix your diet.

Make warm saline gargles ( salt and warm water) your friend.

Use it regularly.

Do these and see for yourself.

Do better for your health this time.
