An intimate 4-week journey back to your emotional centre, get to know your emotions, understand your triggers, and find ways to help you regulate your emotions.
If you often feel overwhelmed by your emotions, stuck in reactivity, or exhausted from carrying it all, then this space is for you. I have created this program for anyone looking to feel more in-control and responsive instead of reactive.
Emotional Intelligence isn't something we are naturally born with, and for most of us it isn't something we learn from our parents either.
The Regulated Self is a gentle, practical container to help you understand your emotional landscape, calm your nervous system, and learn how to respond to life with more ease, not just react.
Through creativity, somatic awareness, and guided reflection, you’ll begin to feel more safe within yourself, and more equipped to meet life’s ups and downs with steadiness.

We will open the first session with an introduction, I will share a bit about my background and will be covering the topics listed below:
- What emotional regulation really means (beyond just “staying calm”)
- The connection between emotions, the nervous system, and the body
- How and where emotions get “stuck” and turn into dis-ease
- The role of the inner child in emotional reactivity
- Fight, flight, freeze & fawn: understanding your nervous system responses
- The power of awareness: shifting from reaction to response
- Metaphysical meanings of emotions (e.g. anger in the liver, grief in the lungs)
- How to hold space for intense emotions without being consumed by them
- Introduction to Neurographic art as a tool for emotional release
- How creativity and somatic practices support nervous system healing
- Creating inner safety through breath, curiosity & compassion
- Journaling prompts & self-reflection tools to deepen integration
