Worked till 1:30 AM yesterday.

Today, after 4 hours of sleep, I woke up at 05:30 to visit an AI event in another city.

That's why I woke up early to arrive on time and not miss a single minute of it.

It's all about stepping out of a comfort zone and putting all the efforts to increase the success chances to the max possible level.

Always do my best and reward comes automatically.
Dedication is a key.

I follow this principle since my early childhood, and I believe it is one of key factors in the success of GT Protocol.

15) TOP 10 CMC Meme Coin
Found an idea for a meme coin with a potential multi billion dollar cap.
See a potential for TOP10 Coinmarketcap.
Already pitched to few partners. Everybody liked and excited about it.
It would be a really valuable meme coin. It could change and transform the humanity for the better incredibly.
Easily could get listed on ******* and all Tier1 CEXs.
Have a pure vision for that.

16) Supporting the industry
Came to an idea to create a free educational program (course) for Web3 founders on how to build Web3 projects, raise funds from VCs, launch the tokens, etc.
Share it for free with Web3 community.
It will help many projects, founders and the industry. Those who would go through this program and perform well - potentially could beincubated by GT Protocol or ChainGPT and join the ecosystem.

17) The company & Team
We started to do online sport classes for all GT Protocol employees.
I decided to give bonuses to engange people.
- 50 USDT for visiting the 1st class to give it a try.
- 200 USDT for visitinig 8 classes per months without missing a single class.

When people are healthy -> they are happy&relaxed -> they are more productive, inspired -> they bring more efforts and value by doing their work -> the company bring more value to the world

The company reflects the mindset of its founders and team members. I believe it's essential for team members to share the vision, perceptions of life, principles, etc, this fosters unity and strengthens the team.

Wrote this report. It took me 1.5 hours and I finished at 06:06 AM. I believe it worth it and I believe it's valuable to share it with the community.

Now it's time to go to sleep. Tomorrow is a new day and many new big things are waiting for us. Need to get up in 3.5 hours.

All these events happened just in 1 day. A crazy speed. I barely have time to eat, take shower and sleep.
Living in this mode since the 1st of January without a single day off.
The last day off was on the 1st Jan, working hard since then and really like it!

The most interesting part that some of today's ideas and strategies came to me in my dream at night. Looks like my mind is so focused on what we do that it generates ideas while I am sleeping and my body and brain are resting. It's incredible.

My Detailed Day Report:

1) Personal
Visited a hospital with my wife in the morning.

2) Crazy schedule today
Had 12+ meetings after reached home.

3) 10M-100M monthly views opportunity
I found a very cool use case for GT AI which could attract millions Web2 and Web3 users to our App.
If it would work - it would make GT protocol one of the most popular Web3 App -> which would automatically lead to ******* listing even earlier than we expected it before.
Already gave the task to our product management team.
The team starts to work on it tomorrow. I think it could go live in few months.

4) 10M-100M organic views opportunity
We hired a company which does viral videos in TikTok, YouTube, Instagram.
They have few billions views already over their existing accounts.
We paid them $20K, they have a KPI to create 1,000 videos within 1 months and some of these videos may go viral, potentially it could bring us 10M real organic views.
Both Web2 people and Web3 people of course.
The marketing funnel would lead these users to GT Protocol.

If it would work - they can scale it 2x-10x times.
Almost nobody in Web3 can do it.
If it would work - all the industry would be ours. The task is not to easy, so let's see if they succeed.

5) T1 Listing
Had a call with MM which promises to bring us to ***** and achieve $* Billion FDV. He is ready to accept these 2 conditions as KPI goals.
***** Capital introduced me to them and vouched for them.
They already did it for $*** and some other projects.
We will meet in Dubai soon.

6) T1 KOLs
We are starting to use a new strategy for onboarding Tier1 KOLs as longterm partners. https://twitter.com/GT_Protocol advised us on that. Always get extremelly helpfull advises from them. The most professional and hardworking team in Web3. Belive in their success.

7) Meetups
We will organize meetup in Antalya and maybe in Istanbull.

9) Public speaking
Found the vision for my speach at Web3 Conferences. Want listeners to get value, insights, motivation and inspiration.
Want to approach founders of other Web3 conferences to propose myself as a speaker. If somebody has connections - would appreciate the intro.

10) Notcoin

Would try to record new podcasts with some famous podcasters (If somebody has connections - would appreciate your help).

Found the strategy how to grow community in my Telegram Channel over 1M+ followers.

13) Finding mentors
Approached **** (founder of *****) and told him I want him to become my mentor. Scheduled a call with him to discuss it in details.
