You've joined our social runs, attended our training sessions and put in the hard work on your own time. This year, we are making it a point to be in your corner on results day.

Racing or not, keep your legs warm the day before with our shakeout run happening at Harbourfront to Sentosa, 7.30am on the 4th of April

If you ARE running the 2XU half, we're preparing a cheerzone/hydration station for your spectators to come together for louder & fiercer support, with JBL & Ripple Hydration as our audio & electrolytes partner.

We've also arranged a complimentary post-race ice bath session from 9-11am at Solas Reformative to get your legs back in shape before going back to work/school the next day.

The final training session for anyone participating in April's Hyrox or 2XU Half or if you're just looking to increase your speed.

Our training stint with Under Armour comes to an end tomorrow, where our participants will be racing in the All Out 5K, aiming to break their personal bests under the guidance of Coach Steven.

[Registered participants only]

For those racing, you can show up anytime at Al Capone's at Kallang Wave Mall from 6.30pm onwards to prepare for the flag off at 7.30pm

If you've registered as a supporter and are running the Easy 5K, please be at Al Capone's by 6.30pm sharp in order to have ample time to cool down before supporting the All Out 5k.
