On December 11, 2025, we issued 68 targeted invitations to apply to potential candidates in the Expression of Interest system pool who may qualify for the Employer Job Offer: https://www.ontario.ca/page/oinp-employer-job-offer-foreign-worker-stream or https://www.ontario.ca/page/oinp-employer-job-offer-international-student-stream stream with a job offer in Northern Ontario and who are currently residing in Canada.
Northern Ontario includes the following Census Divisions: Algoma, Cochrane, Greater Sudbury/Grand Sudbury, Haliburton, Kenora, Manitoulin, Muskoka, Nipissing, Parry Sound, Rainy River, Sudbury, Thunder Bay, and Timiskaming.
Please note that as of July 2, 2025, all applications for the approval of an employment position under the Employer Job Offer streams must be submitted via the https://www.ontarioimmigration.gov.on.ca/oinp_index/resources/app/guest/index.html#!/. Only candidates whose employers have submitted a job offer through the Employer Portal, and have successfully registered an expression of interest, will be considered.
If the OINP has selected your expression of interest, both you and your employer will be notified via email. Your employer may then submit an application for approval of an employment position directly though the Employer Portal, and you may submit your application and make the payment. Candidates only received an invitation under the Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker stream if they had a score of 51 and above, and a job offer in one of the following National Occupational Classification (NOC) codes:

β NOC 10022 - Advertising, marketing and public relations managers
β NOC 11200 - Human resources professionals
β NOC 12013 - Supervisors, supply chain, tracking and scheduling coordination occupations
β NOC 12101 - Human resources and recruitment officers
β NOC 12102 - Procurement and purchasing agents and officers
β NOC 12111 - Health information management occupations
β NOC 13100 - Administrative officers
β NOC 13112 - Medical administrative assistants
β NOC 22233 - Construction inspectors
β NOC 30010 - Managers in health care
β NOC 32121 - Medical radiation technologists
β NOC 41200 - University professors and lecturers
β NOC 41406 - Recreation, sports and fitness policy researchers, consultants and program officers
β NOC 70012 - Facility operation and maintenance managers
β NOC 72021 - Contractors and supervisors, heavy equipment operator crews
β NOC 72602 - Deck officers, water transport
β NOC 80010 - Managers in natural resources production and fishing
β NOC 92014 - Supervisors, forest products processing
