Reporting to the Country Program Manager, with additional accountability to the Medical Director and the Director of Technical Support, this position requires up to 25% travel within the country to oversee program activities. The Clinical Program Coordinator will be instrumental in managing clinical services, maintaining quality assurance, and fostering partnerships to strengthen the programβs impact.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and support a network of Ponseti-trained clinicians to ensure quality treatment across partner clinics.
Manage clinical activities within the approved budget and operational plan.
Ensure accurate documentation and timely reporting by clinicians and coordinators.
Utilize the PATH digital health tool and key performance indicators to monitor clinical outcomes.
Provide solutions to clinical challenges in collaboration with leadership.
Conduct regular program planning and review meetings to align activities with strategic goals.
Offer budgetary advice related to clinical program needs.
Organize ongoing training, workshops, and seminars on the Ponseti method and patient documentation.
Supervise and mentor Ponseti providers to maintain high-quality treatment standards.
Build and maintain partnerships with organizations involved in brace production and medical supply procurement.
Ensure partner clinics are adequately stocked with necessary supplies and materials.
Maintain supplier records and update quotes periodically to optimize cost and quality.
Monitor supply usage based on patient data to ensure efficient resource allocation.
Manage reimbursement processes for clinic fees upon report submission.
Develop networks for early detection, patient referral, and community awareness.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelorβs degree in a relevant clinical or allied health field such as Physiotherapy, Clinical Officer, Orthopedic Technician, or Medical Doctor.
Fluency in English and at least one additional regional language.
Minimum of three yearsβ experience and proven competence in the Ponseti Method of clubfoot treatment.
Demonstrated ability to teach and train clinical skills effectively.
Previous supervisory experience is essential.
