Responsible for conducting safety talks, ensuring compliance with K3, K2, and housekeeping standards, and implementing continuous improvement programs. Monitor environmental controls, manage pollution prevention initiatives, and prepare regular reports, while driving awareness through training, communication, and coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective environmental and safety management.
Requirements:
1. Minimum Bachelorโs degree (S1) from a reputable university, majoring in Environmental Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
2. Must possess certifications related to operations and/or control of air, water, and hazardous waste (B3) pollution.
3. Must have knowledge of Environmental Management Systems.
4. Minimum 4 years of experience as an Environmental Supervisor in a Power Plant (PLTU), Smelter, Construction, or EPC Contractor setting.
5. Willing to be placed at the Bulungan job site, North Kalimantan, under a roster system.

Responsible for conducting regular safety talks, performing site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards, and identifying potential hazards. Support incident reporting and investigation, worker induction, and commissioning of equipment and facilities. Assist in developing and reviewing HSE documents (procedures, JSA, risk assessments), ensure proper implementation of HSE management systems, and drive safety awareness through training and communication with employees and contractors.
Requirements:
1. Minimum Bachelorโs degree (S1) from a reputable university, preferably in Environmental Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
2. Must possess certifications related to operational environmental management, including air, water, and hazardous waste (B3) pollution control.
3. Strong understanding of Environmental Management Systems.
4. At least 4 years of experience as an Environment Supervisor in industries such as power plants, smelters, construction, or EPC contractors.
5. Willing to be placed at the job site in Bulungan, North Kalimantan on a roster system.
