About the Role: As a Sales Lead Engagement Specialist at GoodayOn, you will be at the forefront of customer acquisition, relationship building, and service excellence. You will engage potential leads, manage the sales pipeline, cultivate long-term customer relationships, and ensure exceptional client experiences from first contact to post-service feedback.
Responsibilities:
Sales Lead Engagement
โ Reach out to potential clients via calls, WhatsApp, or in-person follow-ups to understand needs and pitch services.
โ Schedule and coordinate service request processing, ensuring timely conversions.
โ Track all sales activities and update CRM tools/sheets accordingly.
โ Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to follow up on leads and convert them into clients.
Relationship Management
โ Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both individual and corporate clients.
โ Serve as the main point of contact for new customers, ensuring buy-in, upselling opportunities, and loyalty.
โ Monitor client feedback and usage patterns to identify service improvement or expansion opportunities.
Customer Service
โ Act as the first point of contact for customer requests, addressing questions, and resolving concerns
โ Actively respond to inquiries, resolve complaints, and manage customer expectations with empathy and professionalism.
โ Collaborate with the rest of the operations teams to ensure a smooth and high-quality service experience.
โ Gather and communicate client feedback to improve service quality.
Requirements:
โ Bachelorโs degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
โ 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or account management (experience in service businesses is a plus).
โ Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both Amharic and English).
โ Tech-savvy: Comfortable using spreadsheets, CRM tools, and communication platforms (e.g., WhatsApp Business, Google Workspace).
โ Results-driven, proactive, and customer-obsessed.
