Senior Data Analyst β MIS (Sales, Revenue & Marketing)

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Analyst to be based at our Head Office, supporting business operations across West African markets. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in MIS reporting, with a proven track record in analyzing sales, revenue, and marketing data to generate insights that drive strategic and commercial decision-making.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Minimum of 8 yearsβ proven experience in a Data Analyst or MIS role.
Strong hands-on experience handling sales and revenue data.
Essential: Demonstrated experience in developing, analyzing, and interpreting marketing data.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelorβs degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
Postgraduate qualification and/or relevant professional certifications will be an advantage.
Experience working with reputed multinational companies would be an advantage.
Familiarity with ERP, CRM, and marketing analytics platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and maintain comprehensive MIS reports and dashboards covering sales, revenue, and marketing performance across multiple West African markets.
Analyze and interpret marketing data, including campaign performance, market penetration, customer behavior, and ROI.
Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to senior management using data-driven analysis.
Support forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking for sales and marketing functions.
Collaborate with commercial, marketing, finance, and regional teams to align data insights with business objectives.
Identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities within regional markets.
