📂 Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Experience: 1 - 3 Years Required (Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience, internships included; preferably in corporate, nonprofit, or agency settings).
• Technical Proficiency: Content writing and editing (press releases, web content, speeches), media relations, crisis communication monitoring, photo/video documentation, and familiarity with tools like Microsoft Office, Canva, and Google Workspace.
• Key Skills: Strong communication (excellent writing and verbal skills in English and Amharic), creativity, time management, presentation skills, high attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
• Responsibilities: Draft and edit content aligned with RIDE's brand voice, coordinate press outreach and media briefings, support internal communications to teams and drivers, document events (CSR, driver training), monitor public channels for crisis communication, work with the design team on materials (banners, brochures), and archive media assets.
