Job Description
π This role is accountable for the end-to-end delivery of complex, high-impact AI, GenAI, and Data initiatives across the region.
π The Senior Project Manager ensures initiatives are delivered on time, within scope and budget, while complying with Bank project governance, risk management, regulatory, and responsible AI standards.
π Project Delivery & Execution:
π Lead endβtoβend delivery of strategic AI, GenAI, and Data programs from initiation through closure in line with Bank Project Management Standards.
π Define and manage scope, objectives, success criteria, milestones, and deliverables with business and technology stakeholders.
π Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
π Proactively identify, assess, manage, and escalate risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
π Act as the primary point of contact for senior business stakeholders, technology leads, vendors, and regional / head office counterparts.
π Establish and maintain effective project governance, including steering committees, decision forums, approvals, and status reporting.
π Ensure alignment with Regional PMO governance, Head Office requirements, and Bank policies and standards.
π Oversee delivery of AI, GenAI, analytics, and data platform initiatives aligned with business priorities and enterprise architecture standards.
π Ensure responsible AI principles are embedded across the project lifecycle, including model risk, ethics, data privacy, security, and regulatory compliance.
π Translate complex technical and data concepts into clear, executive-level communication and decision materials.
π Manage project financials, including budget planning, forecasting, cost tracking, and variance management.
π Provide accurate, timely, and executive-ready project status reports, dashboards, and governance artefacts.
π Conduct post-implementation reviews and capture lessons learned.
π Approved project charters, business cases, and project management plans
π Steering committee and executive-level status reports
π Risk, issue, dependency, and change registers
π Financial tracking, forecasting, and variance reports
π Post-implementation reviews and lessons learned documentation
Job Requirements
π Bachelorβs degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related discipline
π Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) preferred
π Agile / Scrum certification is an advantage
π 12 β15+ years of IT project management experience, including 3β5+ years leading large-scale, complex initiatives
π Demonstrated experience delivering AI, GenAI, data analytics, or data platform programs
π Experience operating in regulated environments such as banking or financial services
π Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder, regional initiatives
π Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
π Solid understanding of AI, data analytics, cloud platforms, and modern data architecture
π Strong risk, issue, dependency, and financial management capabilities
π High level of judgment, accountability, and attention to detail
π Ability to operate effectively in a regional, multi-cultural environment
π Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with Bank policies, standards, and regulatory obligations.
π Adhere to Bank requirements on risk management, information security, data privacy, outsourcing, and responsible AI.
π Work Location: East (Changi Citypoint)
π Contract Type: 12 months contract (Extended contract)
