We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant with strong knowledge of agriculture and agribusiness operations to provide administrative and operational support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate understands agricultural practices, value chains, and sector-specific documentation, and can effectively support executives in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
-Provide executive-level administrative support
-Manage schedules, meetings, travel, and correspondence
-Prepare reports, presentations, and documents related to agricultural projects and operations
-Support planning and coordination of farming, agribusiness, and agricultural development activities
-Liaise with farmers, agribusiness partners, suppliers, and regulators
-Assist with record-keeping, data tracking, and reporting for agricultural operations
-Maintain confidentiality and organised documentation
Requirements
-Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role
-Demonstrable knowledge of agriculture, agribusiness, or agricultural value chains
-Understanding of basic farming operations, seasonal planning, or agri-project workflows
-Strong organisational, communication, and time-management skills
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
-Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines
-Professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
-Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment
