Requirement:
- Bachelorโs degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field (diploma with strong experience may also be accepted).
- 6-10 years of experience in property management, facilities management, and property sales
- Familiarity with local property laws, tenancy acts, and compliance regulations.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficient in computer software (e.g., MS Words, Excel, Powerpoint etc).
- Attention to detail in contracts, compliance, and documentation.
- Ability to work independently with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
- Based in Kuala Lumpur
Job Description:
1) Manage all aspects of building management services, delivery, processes and system efficiently and effectively
2) Strong knowledge of leasing, rent collection, tenant relations, and property maintenance.
3) Negotiation and conflict resolution skills with tenants and service providers.
4) Monetization of non-core assets, and strategic planning in setting sales targets, KPIs and knowledge on property sales market
5) Liaise with valuation companies regarding market valuation and market rentals.
6) Ability to multitask and handle emergency situations (e.g., maintenance, tenant complaints).
