✅Position: 2. Customer Service Officer

✅Position: 3. Manager, IT Service Desk & Auxiliary Systems (Re-advertised)
Qualification: BSc preferably MSC degree from a recognized higher learning institution in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, IT, Information Systems or related field of discipline.
Experience: Must have 6 years of work experience with at least 4 years’ service at supervisory or managerial level out of which at least 2 years in support/auxiliary banking operations.
Additional Requirement: ITIL or any IT certification is preferable.
