Digital ID and mass biometric control are not “coming”. They are already here in practice and already unlawful in principle. The courts have confirmed that your biometric data is special category data. It cannot be harvested, stored or shared without your informed, explicit consent and a clear lawful basis. Anything else is a data crime, not “policy”.
In 2008, the European Court of Human Rights in S and Marper v United Kingdom ruled that blanket retention of fingerprints and DNA profiles breached the right to privacy. Under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, biometric data is protected at the highest level. Processing it without explicit consent or strict lawful grounds is a criminal offence, not an administrative slip. That includes facial recognition, fingerprints, voiceprints and any biometric profiling dressed up as “security” or “convenience”.
At the same time, our so called courts are no longer operating as public courts of record in the true law of the land. They run as administrative venues for corporate interests. Councils, police forces, enforcement companies and the wider “justice” system are treating living men and women as corporate persons and vessels, converting our rights into commercial opportunities and our data into an asset class. This is unlawful conversion dressed up as procedure.
The Realme of England is not protesting this. We are challenging it in law. We stand in Lex Terrae, the law of the land, and use constitutional protections, maxims and case law to expose fraud, void corrupt orders and demand the destruction of unlawfully held biometric data. We have already begun to win in courts, with voided orders and stamped paperwork that recognise the limits of administrative jurisdiction.

You do not have to understand every legal term to stand behind it. You simply need to know that your body, your data and your consent are yours, and that the law is supposed to protect you, not harvest you.
