If you see a notification saying that the account is not activated when trying to deposit into the service, ignore the notification and proceed with the transfer. If Telegram deleted your account and you need to transfer the balance from your old account to a new one, follow these steps:
1. Launch the bot https://t.me/NewGrossProBot, but do not click the "Login" button.
2. In the button menu, select "Recover Account" and follow the on-screen instructions (you will need the SEED phrase and passcode from your previous account).

If you do not remember the SEED phrase or the passcode from your old account, we will not be able to help you recover the account and funds, as we do not store this information and have no access to it. Remember, your security is in your hands.

If you accidentally clicked "Login" before recovery, perform the above procedure from the new account.

Currently, there are reduced fees for conducting deals.

Fees are charged regardless of the success of the deal.

Deal Fees:
- Minimum fee: 3 USDT.
- For deals over 100 USDT, the fee is 3% of the deal amount.
- Minimal fee may be higher depending on the type of deal.

Arbitration Fees:
- There is an additional arbitration fee if an arbitrator is needed to resolve a dispute in your deal. This fee depends on the type and amount of the deal and is a minimum of 10 USDT.

Withdrawal Fees:
- The service does not charge a fee for withdrawals, but the TRC20 network has a transaction fee, which the user pays. This fee is deducted when withdrawing from the bot in USDT TRC20 and is 3 USDT.
- If you deposit funds and wish to withdraw them without conducting deals, the withdrawal fee will be 5%. This is done to prevent money laundering through the bot.

At night, it may take longer.

After the project exits the pilot phase, withdrawals will be instant and automatic.

Withdrawal fees is 3 usdt. It's not service fees, it's network fees.
