Borrow rates on Aave are already recovering thanks to the extraordinary efforts of DeFi United.

Still high at 3.9%-4.5% APY, but PT-USDG is already profitable at this rate (~28% APY).

If rates recover to pre-hack levels of ~2.4%, then we'd be looking at 50+% APY

New STRC markets on Pendle! This time we're introducing tranched products by Strata:

- srUSDat (Aug 2026) - Senior capital. Protected until Junior is fully drained. Yield is lower, but your principal is insulated from STRC price swings.
- jrUSDat (Aug 2026) - Junior capital. You're the buffer. You earn more, but you absorb STRC depegs before anyone else does.

Henceforth, Position Value and Leverage shalt be removed, replaced by Rate Sensitivity and Daily Volatility.

Don't worry - All open positions and orders are unaffected, the only thing that's changed is how we present information/positions.

What this means - Long Yield APY is more indicative of actual return for YT-USDG entries now since incentives actually last till maturity.

TVL increase may still dilute rewards, but +$240K is quite a sizeable bump over the last round, so there's quite a bit of buffer for that too.

Limit Order (LO) Incentives in the pilot phase has been a huge success and with that, we're finally ready to roll out in full to EVERY pool.

LO Incentives are also fully integrated into AIM, so reward allocation now happens automatically and optimally without any manual intervention.

WTIOIL and BRENTOIL markets will reopen at 10AM GMT on Boros.

Both markets will operate in CLO mode briefly before opening fully. Maximum lev has been reduced from 1x to 0.2x for new positions.

Traders should be aware that counterparty depth remains thin and auto-deleveraging risk remains elevated. Existing and new short positions may be closed before reaching their intended exit.
