Bugs:

- Samsung Camera
- Iris Scanner / Face Unlock
- DRM L1
- (HDMI) DeX Audio
- Flashlight does not work natively on Note8. Install 3rd apps to control flashlight
- Fingerprint may not work in some banking apps due to outdated keystore

* Common
- Recent preview does not work and will display a black preview. Yet no solution or workaround
- Wi-Fi issues with mixed WPA2/WPA3 access points. Please revert to WPA/WPA2 network.
- 5GHz hospot not turning on
- Object Clipper
- Text extraction in Gallery
- AOD is broken due to Legacy HWC1
- Lockscreen delay on boot? (I don't know if it's oneui issue, it happens with almost every base i've tried so far)
- Knox based apps like Health or Secure Folder. Please install KnoxPatch

Installation:
For first time users:
- Flash TWRP and then flash universal8895-RepartitionerPack-3.0 zip
(RepartitionerPack includes a full recovery image for all three models!)
- After rebooting into recovery, do format data, a full wipe (vendor/prism/optics/system) and flash the ROM

For existing users
- (Clean flash recommended) Flash the ROM

If you want updated recovery just flash RepartitionerPack, it will not do repartition if it's already detected

RepartitionerPack
- Rewritten from zero
- Updated recovery image

Hi guys, another long post here

Q: 4K videos can be implemented or not?
A: Yes but only at 30FPS

Why?

The 8 series, also like the 7 and 6 series, support both Camera HAL1 and HAL3
Samsung supports 60FPS video recording on them but they all running on HAL1
(pre-S9 devices runs HAL1 based Samsung Camera, S9 and up runs HAL3 Samsung Camera because S9 didn't support HAL1)

Camera HAL1 was deprecated as of Android 12 (more details https://android.googlesource.com/platform/frameworks/av/+/a976df84a463b83f5093ee34e00a726779f34308) so they all default to HAL3
But Samsung didn't implement 60FPS or 4K recording on HAL3 so any attempt to use them result in failure (and it can't fallback to HAL1 because HAL1 support was removed) (that you can't even record at 3840x2160 using any camera apps because samsung didn't implement 4K in HAL3)

To support 60FPS we need to build libexynoscamera3 from source, which is nearly impossible
