A1 → d) Where is the restroom?
Polite and simple question for asking directions to basic facilities. Of course there are many other words for bathroom, but we will leave that for another day.

A2 → b) I’d like to book a room, please.
This is a polite and standard phrase for making a hotel reservation. You should definitely have it in your repertoire 😉

B1 → c) Turn left, then go straight for two blocks.

B2 → d) I’d like to reschedule my flight.
“Reschedule” is the correct formal verb to change the time of your flight.

C1 → a) They have no rooms available because they accepted too many bookings.
“Overbooked” is a common hotel/airline term meaning more reservations than available rooms.

C2 → c) A place not known or visited by many people
“Off the beaten track” describes destinations away from usual tourist areas.

This last one is a bit tricky. Normally with careful we use the preposition “with”. But here you can also say “on”. like, “when you’re on the floor, be careful”
