Programme Overview
The programme engages youths aged 13–16 through monthly mentor–mentee sessions (Saturday mornings), with possible ad-hoc engagements during school holidays.
Role of a Mentor

4. Future Readiness

Key Focus at End of Programme – “Contribution”
A key outcome of the programme is for mentees to give back to their school or community. Mentors will support mentees by:
Guiding them to identify meaningful ways to contribute
Supporting planning and implementation of small-scale projects or initiatives
Encouraging teamwork, responsibility, and follow-through
Reinforcing values of empathy, service, and community ownership
