In trading forex market there are  12 life lessons that every trader i suppose must know .

1. Nothing is as easy as it seems

Behind every easy task, there are decades of practice, commitment, hard work, tears and sleepless nights. People only reveal their success and never talk about their failures

2. The rich also cry

Money does not bring happiness and not all that glitters is gold. Everyone has their battles and a lot of people cry bitterly behind closed doors but smile cheerfully outside.

3. Always have a strategy

Plan for every event and always have a plan B. Every move should be calculated and passionately driven. If you fail, access the situation and change your strategy if possible.

4. Discipline tops it all

Talent would get you discovered, hard work will take you to the top but discipline will keep you there.
Stick to whatever rules you have created for yourself and the principles you believe in. Don’t just follow the crowd.

5. Master your emotions.

This is the ultimate rule. You can never achieve anything if you’re easily swayed by your emotions or make decisions based on it.
Never make a critical decision when extremely excited or angry, wait for the clouds to clear so you can think straight.

6. Failure is part of life

Failure is a thing of the mind and you should see it as a lesson. Don’t be too hard on yourself because every successful person has many years of failure behind them.

Your failure does not define you, what defines you is what you do after the fail.

7. When you find yourself in a hole, stop digging

You need to know when to cut your losses and move on. Always put a foot to see how deep the hole is and if you fall into it, find a way to climb as soon as you can.
Worrying, crying or praying will not bring you out!

8. Never risk what you can’t afford to loose

Always test the waters, start small then gradually increase it when you become comfortable. Never risk it all at once.

It is very important to know this to avoid undue pressure and premium tears.

9. Always ask questions (The 5 Ws)

Depending on the circumstance you should always ask
Who - who is involved?
What - what are they doing different?
When - When is it happening?
Where - Where will it happen?
Why - why is it happening?

10. Appreciate your little wins

Always give yourself a pat on the back every time you achieve something good. Don’t be too hard on yourself or compare yourself with someone else.
Those little wins are the bedrock for your major breakthrough

11. You are not as intelligent as you think

Always stay hungry for knowledge and never get carried away by the success you have. You can always be better and smarter so read more books, watch more videos and do more research. Don’t limit yourself.

12. Find a support system.

Find yourself a team or group of people on the same wavelength as you. Even the bible says Iron sharpens Iron, so when you’re confused, lost or down, you need to have someone to lift you back up.
