Soft and easy cocoa cake without butter 🍫

🛒 Ingredients
• 3 eggs
• 180 g sugar
• 100 ml vegetable oil
• 100 ml water
• 300 g all-purpose flour
• 50 g unsweetened cocoa powder
• 16 g baking powder
• powdered sugar optional

👩‍🍳 Procedure
1️⃣ Beat eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
2️⃣ Add oil and water, mixing well.
3️⃣ Gradually add sifted flour, cocoa and baking powder.
4️⃣ Mix until smooth and lump-free.
5️⃣ Pour into a greased and floured ring pan.
6️⃣ Bake in static oven at 180°C (350°F) for 35–40 minutes, check with a toothpick.

😎 Finishing and serving
Let cool completely before removing from the pan. Dust with powdered sugar and serve. Perfect for breakfast or a snack, stays soft for days.

Soft and fragrant cake, perfect for breakfast or snack 🍏

🛒 Ingredients
• 2 eggs
• 120 g sugar
• 80 ml vegetable oil
• 100 ml milk
• 250 g all-purpose flour
• 1 packet baking powder
• 2 apples
• zest of 1 lemon
• powdered sugar to taste (optional)

👩‍🍳 Procedure
1️⃣ Beat eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
2️⃣ Add oil and milk, mixing continuously.
3️⃣ Stir in the grated lemon zest.
4️⃣ Gradually add flour, then baking powder, mixing until smooth.
5️⃣ Peel the apples: dice one into the batter, slice the other thinly for topping.

🛒 Ingredients
• 300–400 g colomba cake
• 250 g mascarpone
• 2 eggs

• 15 g fresh yeast
• 120 g sugar
• 120 ml vegetable oil
• 1 egg
• 1 packet vanilla powder
• zest of ½ lemon
• 550 g flour (half all-purpose + half strong flour)
• 15 g unsweetened cocoa powder
• 80 g milk chocolate
• 80 g dark chocolate

👩‍🍳 Procedure
1️⃣ Dissolve yeast in warm milk, add sugar, oil, egg, vanilla and lemon zest, then gradually mix in the flour.
2️⃣ Divide the dough in half, add cocoa to one part and knead both until smooth and elastic.
3️⃣ Place in two bowls, cover and let rise for about 2 hours until doubled.
4️⃣ Divide each dough into 12 pieces about 40 g each, fill with chocolate cubes and shape balls alternating plain with dark chocolate and cocoa with milk chocolate.

• 250 g all purpose flour
• 40 g unsweetened cocoa powder
• 150 g sugar
• 1 packet baking powder (16 g)
• 300 ml milk (or plant based)
• 80 ml seed oil
• 200 g pitted cherries
• 1 pinch of salt
• Powdered sugar to taste optional

👩‍🍳 Procedure
1️⃣ In a bowl mix flour, cocoa, sugar, baking powder and salt.
2️⃣ Add milk and oil, whisk until smooth and lump free.
3️⃣ Fold in half of the cherries gently.
4️⃣ Pour the batter into a greased and floured pan.
