1. Pinned Rules Are Final:
All escrow group chats must have the transaction rules and details pinned as the first message, and these must not be edited. Any rule changes must be mutually agreed upon and re-pinned. If a dispute arises due to unconfirmed changes, the escrow service will be suspended until both parties resolve it.
2. Disputes & Lost Funds:
If disagreements or financial losses occur during the transaction, both parties must reach a mutual solution. Unilateral resolutions are not accepted. Final settlement amounts must be confirmed by both sides. If one party becomes unresponsive for 72 hours, the escrowed funds may be refunded or compensated accordingly after that period.
3. USDT Transfers Only:
Only USDT payments are accepted. Please confirm wallet addresses in advance — mistaken transfers are not the platform’s responsibility. The transaction amount is based on the actual USDT received, and all transfer/network fees are borne by the sender.
4. Communication Within Escrow Group Only:
All communication and negotiation must take place in the official Telegram escrow group created by Huidu. In case of disputes, only messages in the group are considered valid evidence. Private messages are not accepted as valid proof.
5. Escrow-Only Settlement:
All fund settlements must be handled by Huidu escrow. Any private transactions are invalid, and may result in a penalty of 10x the escrow fee. If the deposit does not cover this, services will be hold until it is topped up.
6. Frozen Funds / Account Issues:
If account or funds are frozen during the transaction, both parties must provide valid documentation. The responsible party must bear all losses resulting from the issue.
7. Disputes & Arbitration:
If a dispute arises, the transaction will be judged based on the agreed and pinned transaction details. If no agreement is reached, either party may request arbitration from Huidu. If both parties agree before arbitration is complete, their resolution will be accepted. The final arbitration result must be accepted unconditionally.
8. Risk Disclaimer:
Once escrow is confirmed, all risks during refund or compensation processes — including fees or data leaks — are borne by the involved parties.
9. Malicious Breach of Contract:
Unilateral interruption of an active escrow transaction is considered malicious breach of contract. Huidu reserves the right to publicly blacklist the defaulter, confiscate the deposit or transaction amount, and issue compensation after deducting relevant fees.
10. One-to-One Transactions Only:
Escrow transactions are strictly 1-to-1 only. If participant identities change, please contact (
https://t.me/HuiduEscrow) to recreate the group. If a single group is used for multi-party or public trading, all deposit funds will be confiscated.
11. Transaction Limits:
Do not exceed the value of the escrow deposit in actual transaction volume. Huidu is not liable for losses beyond the escrowed amount.
12. Arbitration Standards:
Arbitration will be based strictly on the pinned transaction rules and platform policy. Any abusive, fraudulent, or malicious behavior may result in platform-level sanctions.
13. Post-Deposit Confirmation:
To prevent fraud, both parties must promptly notify Huidu financial staff after sending funds. If no contact is made post-transfer, any loss incurred will be borne by the involved parties.
14. Payment-Type Transactions:
If the inbound funds do not meet the agreed-upon criteria and a dispute arises, the funds will be held by Huidu until a resolution is determined.
15. Prohibited Transactions:
Huidu does not support escrow for the following transactions:
• Mainland China-related transactions
• Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan-related transactions
• Fraudulent schemes
• Any illegal or high-risk categories
