LDP 6 brought the same active engagement from the classroom to today’s book review session, successfully conducting their first review on “Successful Construction Project Management” by Paul Netscher.
A total of 23 ECWC cases both present and past were raised across 13 locations, ranging from Yabelo to Gondar and Galafi to Jinka. These spanned multiple disciplines, including tender, planning, design, project delivery, procurement, finance, ICT, and people management. The team shared their experiences and gained valuable lessons from their peers.
Sustain the momentum; greatness comes from consistency.
956 m³ Poured. One More Milestone Achieved.
ECWC has successfully completed 956 m³ of mat foundation concrete casting for the Ethiopian Commodity Exchange Headquarters Construction Project, marking an important step forward in the project’s structural progress.
The work was executed through day and night shifts, with the team working tirelessly throughout the operation to ensure quality, precision, and continuity on site. The milestone reflects disciplined planning, coordinated execution, and strong teamwork from everyone involved.
This achievement also reflects ECWC’s renewed focus on execution — delivering consistent short-term wins that strengthen performance, build the right reputation, and continue earning the trust of our clients as we move forward.
Winning today. Building for tomorrow.

Leadership makes the greatest impact when it is present on the ground.
Our Senior Management Team recently visited ECWC–GIW Factory, one of ECWC’s subsidiary manufacturing facilities, to engage directly with the team and review the factory’s operational performance.
The visit created a valuable space to reflect on achievements, openly discuss challenges, and align on the factory’s next phase of growth. ECWC–GIW continues to play an important role in supporting ECWC projects through the production of PVC, HDPE, and PPR pipes, as well as geomembrane solutions.
At ECWC, a strong connection between leadership and operational teams is essential. It strengthens collaboration, improves performance, and reinforces the role of our Related Businesses, which complement our core construction operations and contribute to building a more sustainable and resilient organization.
