It's bullshit.

The opposite is happening.

We're heading into a world dominated by software. More of it. Everywhere.

→ AI will be key to building it
→ Software engineers will be key to making it reliable
→ Both. Not one or the other.

Reliability doesn't come from a model. It comes from people who know how systems actually break.

Don't get trapped by the hype.

✍️ ነቃ በሉ፣ አታንቀላፉ! ማለፍ የሌለባችሁ ወርቃማ የስታርታፕ ዕድል!

የኢትዮጵያ አርቲፊሻል ኢንተለጀንስ ኢንስቲትዩት (EAII) በአይነቱ ልዩ የሆነውን የስታርታፕ (Startup) ድጋፍ 2ኛ ዙር ምዝገባ ይፋ አድርጓል።

ባለፈው በመጀመሪያው ዙር የገቡት ከ200 በላይ ልጆች ምን ያህል ተጠቃሚ እንደሆኑና በወረቀት ላይ የነበረ ሃሳባቸውን ወደ ተጨባጭ ቢዝነስ እንደቀየሩ አይተናል። አሁን ደግሞ ይበልጥ ሰፍቶ እና አዳዲስ ድጋፎችን አካቶ መጥቷል።

እንደ ወንድም ልምከራችሁ፡- ምናልባት "ገና እኮ ሞዴል ትሬይን (Train) አድርጌ አልጨረስኩም" ብላችሁ ወደኋላ እንዳትሉ። ማቅረብ ያለባችሁ ፕሮጀክት ከኤአይ (AI) ጋር የተያያዘ መሆን አለበት እንጂ፣ የግድ የተጠናቀቀ ሞዴል
ይዛችሁ ቅረቡ አይባልም። ከሃሳብ እና ከፕሮቶታይፕ (Prototype) ጀምሮ ይዛችሁ መግባትና መወዳደር ትችላላችሁ።

መድረኩን ካገኛችሁ በራስ መተማመን ሃሳባችሁን በሚገባ አስረዱት (Pitch it well)፤ በደስታ ነው የሚቀበሏችሁ።

ይሄ ፕሮግራም ዝም ብሎ ማዳመጥ ብቻ አይደለም፤ ከሃሳብ ጀምሮ፣ እውን አድርጋችሁት፣ ከዛ ጋር የተያያዘ ፈንድ (Funding) አግኝታችሁ፣ ተግባር ላይ የሚውል ፕሮዳክት እስኪሆን ድረስ አብረዋችሁ ሆነው ያግዟችኋል።

በተለይ ይሄ እድል ለነማን ነው አሪፍ? በኤአይ (AI) ዘርፍ ላይ ፈጠራ አስባችሁ ነገር ግን መስሪያ ቦታ (Workspace)
ላጣችሁ ስታርታፖች፣ የኤአይ ሞዴሎችን ትሬይን የምታደርጉበት አቅም ያለው ኮምፒውተር/ጂፒዩ (GPU) ለሌላችሁ፣ እንዲሁም
ለዲፕሎይመንት (Deployment) ለተቸገራችሁ ወጣቶች... ይሄ እድል ፈፅሞ ሊያመልጣችሁ አይገባም!

Shows increases and decreases in each account.

✅Trial Balance
List all account balances (Debit and Credit).
Ensures total debits = total credits (checks accuracy).

“Claude is being written by Claude. Claude products and Claude code are being entirely written by Claude,” Krieger said in a conversation with Cisco president Jeetu Patel. The confirmation means that in the last few months, Anthropic has doubled down on the usage of Claude within the company. Last year, Anthropic CEO Dario Amodei had he could see the company use AI for 90 percent coding.
Krieger said Anthropic is now routinely producing “2 to 3,000-line pull requests,” particularly within its fast-moving labs team. He added that the company has put the right systems in place to build trust in the AI’s output, saying, “what we’ve done is created all the right scaffolds around it to let us trust it.”

ይህ በ World Economic Forum የቀረበ፣ በ2030 ለስራ ዓለም እጅግ አስፈላጊ የሚባሉ ክህሎቶችን (Core Skills) የሚያሳይ ግራፍ ነው።

ግራፉ በሁለት ዋና ዋና ነገሮች ላይ ያተኩራል፡

1. በአሁኑ ወቅት (2025) ቀጣሪዎች እንደ ዋና ክህሎት የሚያዩዋቸው።

2. ለወደፊት (እስከ 2030) አስፈላጊነታቸው ይጨምራል ተብለው የሚጠበቁት።

በቀይ ሳጥን ውስጥ ተለይተው የተቀመጡት "Core Skills in 2030" የሚባሉት ሲሆኑ፣ ዋና ዋናዎቹን በ ሶስት መክፈል እንችላለን፦

1. የቴክኖሎጂ ክህሎቶች (Technology Skills)
- AI and Big Data: አርቲፊሻል ኢንተለጀንስ እና የመረጃ ትንተና።
- Technological Literacy: የቴክኖሎጂ እውቀትና አጠቃቀም።

2. የአስተሳሰብ ክህሎቶች (Cognitive Skills)
- Analytical Thinking: ነገሮችን በዝርዝር የመተንተን ችሎታ።
- Creative Thinking: የፈጠራ አስተሳሰብ።
- Systems Thinking: ነገሮችን በአጠቃላይ እንደ አንድ ትልቅ ሥርዓት የማየት ችሎታ።

3. የማህበራዊ እና ራስን የማብቃት ክህሎቶች (Self-Efficacy & Working with Others)
- Resilience, Flexibility and Agility: ተለዋዋጭ ሁኔታዎችን የመቋቋም እና የመላመድ ብቃት።
- Curiosity and Lifelong Learning: ሁልጊዜ ለመማር ዝግጁ መሆን።
- Motivation and Self-awareness: የራስ ተነሳሽነት እና ራስን ማወቅ።
- Empathy and Active Listening: የሰዎችን ስሜት መረዳት እና በጥሞና ማዳመጥ።
- Leadership and Social Influence: መሪነት እና በሰዎች ላይ በጎ ተፅዕኖ የማሳደር ችሎታ።

ባጭሩ፦ ግራፉ እንደሚነግረን ወደፊት በስራ ዓለም ውስጥ ስኬታማ ለመሆን የቴክኖሎጂ እውቀት ብቻ ሳይሆን፣ የፈጠራ አስተሳሰብ፣ መላመድ (Flexibility) እና ከሰዎች ጋር የመግባባት ክህሎቶች እጅግ ወሳኝ ይሆናሉ።

በተለይ ከ አዳድስ ነገሮች ጋር መላመድ በዋናነት ሊሰመርበት የሚገባ ነው።
