ከምርትና ሽያጭ ቡድን ጋር በመስራት የምርት ጥራት ማሻሻል

መስፈርቶች:
የዶክተር ኦፍ ቬተሪነሪ መዲሲን (DVM) ዲግሪ
በእንስሳት መኖ እና ጥራት ቁጥጥር ዕውቀት

Broiler Chicken Vaccination Schedule

Day 1 (Hatchery or on arrival)

Marek’s Disease (subcutaneous injection)

Day 5–7

Newcastle Disease (NDV) & Infectious Bronchitis (IB) (live vaccine via eye drops, drinking water, or spray)

Day 10–14

Gumboro Disease (Infectious Bursal Disease - IBD) (live vaccine via drinking water or eye drops)

Repeat based on risk level: 14–21 days (if endemic).

Day 14–18

Coccidiosis (if not using medicated feed; oral or water vaccination)

Day 21

Newcastle Disease Booster (optional depending on endemic risk)

Day 24–28

Infectious Bronchitis Booster (optional, depending on strain)

Important Notes:

1. Timing: Adjust based on the disease prevalence in your area.

2. Water quality: Ensure no disinfectants like chlorine are present when giving oral vaccines.

3. Handling: Follow proper storage (cold chain) and administration protocols.

EGG FORMATION STEP BY STEP

Yolk Formation (Ovary):
The process starts in the ovary, where a yolk (ovum) matures over roughly 10 days before being released, a process known as ovulation.

Infundibulum (Funnel - 15-30 min):
The yolk enters this funnel-shaped part of the oviduct. If mating has occurred, fertilization happens here.

Magnum (3 hours):
The magnum secretes thick albumen (egg white) around the yolk, adding layers of protein to protect and nourish it.

Isthmus (1 hour):
Two protective shell membranes (inner and outer) are added, which act as a filter and hold the egg contents together.

Uterus / Shell Gland (20-21 hours):
The longest step where calcium carbonate is deposited to form the hard shell. Pigment is added (if applicable) in the final hours, giving the shell its color.

Vagina/Cloaca (Few minutes):
The completed egg passes through the vagina and is laid, typically wide-end first.
