As we go through this together,

Take a moment to consider the context of this fast… beyond what it means on the purely physical level:

Yes, you melt fat.
Yes, you regenerate cells.
Yes, you disrupt parasites.
Yes, you unlock super healing.

But what about the spiritual aspect of this fast? What are you learning about what it is to be human? To exist in a body?

For many people — it’s not until they do their first 24+ hour fast that they realise just how much of their eating is addictive and habitual.

Be honest… how many of you are guilty of almost breaking the fast because you forgot? Because you walked into the kitchen and went into autopilot to satisfy your stomach?

Fasting disconnects you from this.

Fasting restores your awareness — you remember who, and more importantly… WHAT you are;

Which is a spirit, having a human experience.

No matter if you’re going to fast for only the next 24 or 48 hours…

I highly encourage you to replace [the time you would normally spend eating meals] with prayer, meditation, contemplation, and your relationship with God.

You can fast for as long as you want, and will achieve it, when you ask for help. 🙏🏽💚
