As I write and draw this, I have shuffled all over this world to live and work. The shape and effects of time feel warped. Thoughts of belonging, isolation, and distance arise when I think about a future.

Sometimes I look at the world and feel heartbreak—on an individual but also of the worldly scale.
But just as two figures come apart, perhaps that leaves open another world to enter into.

Figures departed into futures unknown. A new horizon rises—as others set as well.

Being disappointed and embarrassed that some people—who you thought were all genuine and good—are part of your history is alright. Need not give it a second thought, and if you do, that’s fine too. Mistakes happen but rest in peace, none of it defines who you are. Engulf and wrap yourself with thoughts and memories with those who were truly good. Those people are enough. And of course, we can’t forget, you are enough.

To be a cynic couldn’t be silly if it protects you, right? I couldn’t be a dreamer again.

... Yet, you spoke to me. Into the shallow, deep, abandoned base I had succumbed to, there, you reached me. Your eyes that of emerald green put me in a trance of static waves of emotions—tempting, testing, daring me to get closer. Is this what it’s like to be lost in one’s eyes? My breath catches in my throat and I can but move my hand to caress your dark hair. It is so soft, like the heart that’s holding me. What a safe haven after all the scrounging of savagery world I escaped.

... You couldn’t be real, could you? You must be a manifestation of my fantasy, an elusive world I can only imagine coming to be. Why is it so easy… and possible to be yours? I will pause our film and copy a parallel sheet of pictures an infinite times to stay stuck with you in this moment.

Don’t move, will you? I am yet to take you in as I brush my finger tips along your neck to your shoulder, down to your torso as I pull myself to you. It is so amusing how your imposing physique is every bit in contrast with how you make me feel. Wrap me in your arms. Calm my turmoil, race my heart and fling out my soul with the hum of the melody of your love.

Please forgive me if I am too pragmatic to believe you exist. Talk is cheap but I shall listen to your honest hands. Just keep holding me and I will pretend you will never let go.

SpaceX’s gargantuan Super Heavy booster, the first to be recovered “mid-air” after launch.

They were able to accomplish this monumental feat on their first attempt in mid-October 2024. The level of precision it took in catching this booster rocket is beyond outstanding. Absolutely WOW🤩
