Happy New Year to all you amazing elevated minds out there! I am wishing you a year ahead filled with breakthroughs, and yes, a bit of discomfort too 😁

Now you might be wondering, "Why discomfort?" Let me explain.

We often misunderstand the concept of 'comfort' with 'peace, when in reality it's a breeding ground for stagnation.

The familiarity that comes with the comfort zone is NOT comforting. It's a trap holding you back, keeping you stuck in fear, in familiarity with  pain and disappointment.

If you want to grow in life, it will be uncomfortable. This means you have to step outside the confines of what you know (and what you think you know). We have to confort our limiting beliefs that is caging our potential.

So how do we initiate this change? Start by tuning into your thoughts and beliefs. Where do you feel tension and discomfort? Examine this critically and explore how you can adopt new empowering ways of thinking and acting. When you realize your beliefs may not be true, this is the key to unlocking what I call "The Breakthrough".

Breakthroughs are a paradigm shift - you change the way you think, act, and interact with the world. You will see and understand things differently, and when you understand things differently, you start to act different too. Your life becomes fuelled by possibility instead of predictability.

And it can all happen in a short period of time.

Finally, I want to extent my heartfelt thanks for your unwavering support. I sense that 2024 is going to be an exciting year for us in our personal growth and journeys 🚀 Take care and keep pushing forward ❤️

PS A quick update from my end: I've been a bit quiet here as I've been conjured back to the world of crypto, where I've been a full time investor/trader. It's been a rewarding journey, pushing my own boundaries, making me self examine and it's also changed my life.

Advice for your 20s & 30s before it's too late:

Pay more attention and listen more than you talk.
Say "NO" to things that don't serve you.
Spend time with ambitious people and add value to their lives.
Set boundaries to avoid mistreatment, don't be too 'nice'.
Speak truthfully. Say what you mean and mean what you say.
Support those behind you and respect those next to you.
Work continuously on yourself until you no longer struggle.
Care less about what others think and care more about your own opinions.
Respect yourself and never tolerate disrespect from others.
Ditch the "I'll do it tomorrow" mindset.
Own up to your life; take responsbility for everything and avoid blame.
You don't have to tell everyone what you're doing. Keep growing and value your privacy. The results will speak for themselves.
