Warm-Up

- Aggressive coffee mug grip — 3 sets of 10, each hold 5 seconds

- Wrist circles while staring at pre-market data — 2 sets of 20 (both directions)

The Main Lift

- The Buy Button Hammer
4 sets of 15 reps. Single index finger, full extension, maximum conviction. No hesitation.

- Bilateral Scroll Wheel Rotation
5 sets of 30 reps. Alternate thumbs.

- The Copy Paste Superset — Ctrl+C / Ctrl+V — 6 sets of 20. No days off.

Cool Down

- Gentle screenshot posting
2 sets of 5 (winning trades only)

- Finger stretches while watching your P&L evaporate — hold until emotionally numb
