Key Statements and Decisions
• Recognition by the
https://t.me/convent_coalition: Coalition representatives officially recognized the AAC as a body for regulating conflicts between decolonization movements and future states, including territorial disputes.
• Legitimacy in Territories:
– Representatives of Chuvashia-Volga Bulgaria recognized the AAC's activities as legitimate in their territory.
– Delegates from Karelia, Nogai El, Cherkessia, and Chechnya stated the need to integrate the AAC into the legal systems of their lands.
• Appeals to International Institutions: Representatives of indigenous peoples announced the preparation of applications to PACE and the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine requesting recognition of the AAC arbitration courts in the occupied territory of the RF.
• Judicial Agreement of "Right Sector": Andriy Tarasenko, leader of the "Right Sector" party, signed an agreement with the Private Court Kebe on filing a lawsuit against the RF for the war in Ukraine.
The creation of the Association of Arbitration Courts opens new opportunities for fair conflict resolution. The AAC has already received recognition from key decolonization movements.
