As long as this level holds, another upside extension remains possible, especially as the current decline from the 12 May high still appears corrective in nature. However, there is still no meaningful upside reaction from support yet.

If we see a corrective pullback in wave (2), then this might be a setup that could send the price to $85,000 - $90,000 next, but to confirm exact levels we need to see more structure.

TAO is finally showing some upside momentum after a prolonged period of sideways movement, which is the first constructive sign in the chart.
Price is now approaching the key signal level around $282–$283. A break above this region would be the first indication that a local low may be in place.
Above that, the next resistance is the prior B-wave high around $350, followed by additional resistance near $377. These levels need to be cleared to confirm further upside.
If the current move develops into a fifth wave, typical Fibonacci extension targets would come into focus. In that case, the relevant upside zone would be between $428 and $504, although the market would first need to overcome the nearer resistance levels.
At this stage, the structure is improving, but confirmation still depends on a sustained break above the initial resistance.

Bitcoin’s current demand structure is showing a divergence that’s worth paying attention to.

Futures (ERP) demand is rising, while spot demand continues to contract.

We’ve seen this before. A very similar setup appeared in early 2022, when the market was being pushed higher by leveraged positioning rather than real spot buying. That imbalance eventually resolved to the downside.

The recent ~20% rally in April seems to follow the same pattern. The move was largely driven by perpetual futures traders, not strong spot accumulation.

When a rally is driven mainly by futures, it’s often less sustainable.
Futures positions are typically leveraged and short-term in nature. They can push price quickly, but they don’t represent real capital flowing into the asset.
Spot buying, on the other hand, means actual demand. Coins are being bought and held, which tends to create a stronger and more stable foundation for price.

Support at 21 to 24 cents is being tested repeatedly without an impulsive reaction. If it breaks, 9 cents becomes a realistic target. If the bulls want to avoid that, this is one of the last opportunities to step in. Structure has to prove itself. Right now it is not proving anything.
