➡️The Republic of Peru reaffirms its position as the nation with the largest silver reserves in the world, a fact widely recognized by the global community. In alignment with our long-term vision for innovation, transparency, and economic inclusion, we hereby announce our intention to officially back Stellar Lumens (XLM) as part of our strategic digital asset framework.

➡️Furthermore, the Government of Peru is pleased to confirm a full partnership with Guardian, built on mutual trust, shared values, and a commitment to strengthening the Stellar ecosystem. As part of this cooperation, we are open to slight adjustments to Guardian’s LIQUIDITY asset reward structure, ensuring sustainability and long-term value for participants.

➡️A designated portion of Peru’s national silver reserves will serve as backing for both the GUARDIAN and LIQUIDITY assets, reinforcing stability, transparency, and tangible value behind these instruments.
