Today’s prompt engineering lesson

Prompt chaining:
Instead of one giant prompt doing everything, split intelligence into stages.
Each AI output becomes the input for the next step.

AI as a system:
Use different AI roles for different tasks.
One AI can design,
another can debug,
another can review or optimize.

Error handling:
Don’t forget to specify error handling in your prompts.

Why AI forgets long prompts:
AI has a limited Context Window.
When prompts become too long, instructions compete for attention and some details get ignored.

Big realization:
Good prompt engineering is not about writing massive prompts…
it’s about structuring intelligence clearly and step-by-step.

There are three types of people

1. The one who works, shows what they do, and eventually gets what they want.

2. The one who believes they can do the same things but prefers to build quietly and stay private so only a few people see their work, and they get fewer opportunities.

3. The one who thinks the first person is some kind of angel and that their success is unreachable so they never even try and just live in fear.

Be the first one. Trust me if you don’t show what you do, opportunities will never find you, and you might die with all your potential still inside you.

The bugs really love me fr

Let me tell you what I’ve been dealing with for the last 2 days:

1. I bought a server with a domain on shared cPanel. I was using the domain on Vercel, but after a month I wanted to move it back to cPanel. I disconnected it from Vercel and tried to reconnect it to cPanel. I did everything correctly, but it still returns 404 No idea what to do.

2. For Book Pulse I’m building a custom reader. I tried using react-pdf, but it has a bunch of errors. The easy solution is using an iframe, but then I can’t track the page number. When I tried react-pdf-viewer, it showed a proxy error.

When exactly did I decide to be a developer?😭

So my take is, culture whether it adds meaning or not, at least gives us beauty.

I believe having a personal “culture” makes life a little more beautiful. It’s the unique patterns in how we do things that give us an identity.

You can just watch a movie, but taking screenshots, rating it on Letterboxd, and reading reviews to feel closer to the art makes it a little more you.

You can just shoot a coffee like an addict, or you can take your time and appreciate the ritual the music in the background, the environment.. and everything around it.
Even at work, bringing your own rhythm into the day makes everything more colorful.

So my life hack is, don’t just do the task create a culture around how you do it. It’s all about being authentic in what you do.
